Weekly Report¶

Once a week (usually Sunday) Areto sends a summary: key patterns of the week, what changed, recommendations for the next week. Only generated if you had at least 3 reflections during the week.

• What it includes — thematic insights, noticed patterns, progress on tasks.
• Where it arrives — in your Telegram bot chat.
• Privacy — the report is visible only to you; nothing is published or shared with anyone.
