Day Review (Reflection)¶
A short structured session to close out the day. Areto guides you through 2–3 questions and saves the result to your history. Average duration: 5–10 minutes.

🔬 Deep Dive — ≈ 7 minutes¶
Looking for self-deception and distortions. Deeper than "how was your day" — questions about motives.
🚀 Optionality — ≈ 10 minutes¶
Missed opportunities: what could have been done differently, where were the decision points.
How a session goes¶
- Opening question — what was the best part of today and what drained you most.
- Tension analysis — is it temporary or can it be removed / delegated so it doesn't linger tomorrow.
- One action — what ONE concrete action will you do first thing tomorrow.
- Saving — Areto highlights patterns, your commitment for tomorrow, and saves everything to your history.
Reminder
At your chosen time (evening by default) the bot sends a reminder: "Ready for your day review?" You can snooze for an hour, skip, or start immediately.
